Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or engraved items.
• Custom orders or made-to-order pieces.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
